What you should know
Perfect service and beautifully decorated rooms. The breakfast on the terrace offered fine views and was a highlight of my mornings. I felt genuinely pampered every moment.
The key system was outdated and cumbersome, leading to unnecessary frustrations. I encountered some unresponsiveness during a couple of service requests, which diminished the overall experience.

Distance to the airport was just 15 km. The beds were comfy and each brand-new room had a work desk, pay television, and ironing facilities...
Some of the staff were poorly trained.

Nicely decorated and well-appointed units with a superb view on Praca Luis Camoes, cool lighting and a superb view, and the staff were professional! The hotel had the best possible and ideal location in a lively area.

What a good stay! My room was beautiful, offering fine views. The rooftop bar serves fantastic cocktails, while the dining experience rivals the best in the city. The staff stood out for their warmth and attentiveness. I was treated like family.

Couple seeking a cozy, nice stay
The roof bar was very nice, giving us fine views while we sipped on cocktails after a long day exploring. And the breakfast menu? Unbelievable! Not a simple buffet, but a full menu that gave the feeling of fine dining!
It wasn't cheap, but for the experience, it was still acceptable.

Recently refurbished and modern hotel in a lively area close enough to great restaurants as well as many attractions and good restaurants. Incredibly attentive staff throughout. Brand-new room, great bed, large bathroom. Fantastic views to the town and good facilities. Best possible and ideal location, just walking distance from Luis de Camoes Square. Lovely stay, as always.

Very nice place. Very upscale. . . in a tremendous location. Breakfast was outstanding.....
Nitpicks: The service was almost too bothersome- they didn't leave us alone. The room was very small. The shower/bath was narrow and a bit difficult to navigate. The hallways are very dark..... If you like a small very upscale 'european' hotel, this is great

We stayed for 4 nights and the location was very nice! We loved strolling through the picturesque streets, and even visited the vibrant markets nearby. The staff were attentive!
My children wished there were more hooks for towels and clothes in the bathroom.

Location - Very nice staff
The room service menu is very limited; I asked if I could have something from the restaurant (early, at 7 pm), and was told no.

Fine, Fine, Fine
I was totally blown away by the amazing views from the rooftop terrace, overlooking the city and the Tagus River. Breakfast was an absolute treat with an a la carte menu with freshly squeezed orange juice and unique pastries from the hotel's own bakery. The personalized service, where staff seemed to know my name and preferences.
Do recommend 😊❤️
